Q: How do I create an account?

Download the app and sign up using your email, Apple ID, or Google account.

Q: What does Lumepixa do?

Lumepixa replaces professional product photography. Take a photo of your product with your phone, select an e-commerce platform preset, and AI generates store-ready images in seconds.

Q: Which platforms are supported?

Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, AliExpress, WooCommerce, and more. Each preset is optimized for that platform's image requirements.

How It Works

Q: How does the AI processing work?

You upload a product photo, select a platform preset, and our AI automatically transforms it into a professional, store-ready image optimized for your chosen platform.

Q: How long does processing take?

Typically 1–2 minutes, depending on the selected quality and server load.

Q: Can I manage my photos on desktop?

Yes! Visit lumepixa.app to access the web portal where you can view, organize, and download your generated photos from any computer.

Credits & Purchases

Q: How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 complete product photo. Credits are purchased as one-time packs — there is no monthly subscription. Credits never expire.

Q: How much does Lumepixa cost?

See in-app pricing for current credit pack options. Pricing varies by region.

Q: Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. Contact their support for refund requests.

Data & Privacy

Q: Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure only you can access your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Q: Are my photos used to train AI?

No. Your images are used solely for generating your requested output and are not used to train AI models. Processing data is automatically deleted after results are delivered.

Q: How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile in the mobile app and select Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Technical Issues

Q: The app crashes or freezes.

Try these steps:

  • Restart the app
  • Update to the latest version
  • Clear app cache (device Settings → Storage)
  • If issues persist, contact support@qedamio.app

Q: Photos aren't generating.

Common solutions:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify you have credits remaining
  • Make sure the photo clearly shows a product
  • Try again in a few minutes (AI services may be temporarily busy)

Q: The web portal isn't loading.

Try refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, or using a different browser. The portal works best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
